Welcome to the team. I am glad you joined us. The best advice I can give you is to continue to monitor what you eat, weigh in regularly and do not become complacent. It is very easy for weight to slip back on, so stay vigilant.

Hi and welcome. The best suggestion I can think of is to use the nutrition page and if you eat/drink it write it down. Sometimes our eyes improperly estimate portions and our memories don't always have perfect recall. Good luck.
I am new to this program. Actually just registered today. Lost a lot of weight last year went from a large size 16 to size 10. Worried that I am gaining it back. Was a very comfortable size 10 now inching comfortably into a size 12. Would love to hear strategies on how to get back on track!!
