Hello to all and thanks for your encouraging words. I have dropped a couple of pounds already but I was under the weather all weekend so that contributed a lot. I am still trying though.

Hello, I too am fairly new. I also have some health issues that I am dealing with and I am trying to eat healthier, and lose some weight. It is very hard and I can use all the Help I can get.

this sure seems like a really neat web site. I am enjoying reading posts. I haven't gotten into much of the other tools yet, but I hope to be one of the "big" losers on here.

Thanks for replying, I'm trying to get into the groove of exercising, I do a lot of walking but i'm not to sure of the minutes that i do this, so I'm going to time myself today.
