Congrats on losing 60 lbs. so far - you are doing great!! I, too, had lost considerable weight before joining SP. I've found that even though my losing has slowed down considerably SP and its members - especially those on this time - keep me inspired and motivated to stay the course.

Hello and welcome. I give Spark People and Curves both credit for my continued weight loss. SP because of all the info on how to accomplish your goal and Curves for exercise motivation. I love the new Curves Smart. The computer tracks everything and will really push you. You will find that SP is a wonderful place to learn and be motivated.

Welcome! Sounds like you are already off to a good start! I would love to hear any of your suggestions on healthier eating and any reciepes you may have. I joined Curves and start on Monday. Used it before and it worked for me. I need to lose 40 lbs or a little more. I have 4 children and our 11th grandchild is on the way. Welcome and good luck!

HI,
I am the Mother of 15. But only one is biological. the youngest is 3. I own a Women's Fitness Center. I have lost 60 pounds in the last 15 months. I thought I would check out this site so I could advise my clients to come here. I have about 45 more pounds to lose. I do exercise every day and have learned so much on how to eat properly in the past year as I also counsel with my members. I have even passed and am now a certified nutrtionist. I love any new ideas and help for myself or my members I can find. So far I think this site is great. Here's to all of us meeting our goals this year!
