emoticon Welcome! You are in the right place! I started over a year ago at 167 and I was actually quite skeptical...I really hoped it would help but didn't get my hopes up. For me it was a slow but steady surprise and I am pleased to say I am now at 145. Over the winter I lost my momentum but managed to maintain even so, which was awesome, and have been trying to resurrect my motivation for fitness activities again. I originally set my goal for 150 because I thought that was pushing my envelope...then when I got close and realized things were happening I changed my goal to 145. I am now working on a new goal of 135 which is where I really need to be. Follow the process of tracking food and fitness activities, staying in contact, read something informative and something motivating as close to everyday as possible. You'll do great! emoticon

emoticon learning how this all works. Looking forward to this weight loss journey with new friends. Recently went though some life changes, sat on my butt not moving (not who I am), put on a lot of weight....enough is enough and I'm done! Time to get back to moving and getting healthy for ME!

Why is it so easy to put weight on and so blasted hard to get off! Ugh
