I am a 53 year old woman. I decided this year was the year to take care of myself. I am determined to lose 35 pounds and become a runner. I call it trotting because it is not a fast run! I love the outdoors no matter the season so I walk or trot year round! I am a mother, wife and grandmother the three important roles in my life!
