Needing to exercise for health reasons. I have been working on eating habits and slowly improving, but need to include exercise. Cannot seem to get motivated. Would love to meet someone locally who wants to exercise,walk, or bike after 5:00.I would appreciate any tips for motivation and energy boosters that do not include caffeine, or sugar.
