Love reading about each of U. There are so many personal stories that I identify with. I am turning 65 on Sunday. Over the last two yrs., I have lost 15 lbs.; down from 170. Not bad, but I am only 5'2"! Still want to lose another 10. I have made a lot of changes, but need more motivation, more tools, more data to track what is working and what is not working. My use of SP is evolving. I have been a slow learner, but the more I explore the site the more I like it. Food tracker is working well and I like my new goals; especially drinking 8 glasses of water daily. Hope to turn up the motivation to start walking 10k steps ea. day. Glad to be on the team. Linda
