Follow the program. The most important part in the beginning is logging in food and see how may calories you are consuming. I was shocked, when I saw how many calories I was consuming. I drank my water and I was fuller.

I am 53 year old with two grown children ages 23 and 22. I have been trying to lose weight for the last 15 years and have tried everything out there...have been successful except for the last 5 years.....my weight is climbing and my health numbers are suffering, with high cholestrol, high blood pressure and high triglicerides. So I have been seeing the Spark People emails for the last 10 years and have now decided to really join and participate to see results. I think I am doing good and then i don't...so I need consistency. I love my sweets and have a hard time turning them down when I am with others! i am glad I made this decision to participate and hope to see results!
