Congratulations on your weight loss. I am down 20lbs and hope to loose another 5-10 lbs. Even at that I won't be at my "idea body weight" (whatever that means), but...... As I have been loosing the weight I feel soooo much better. My hips don't ache as much and just feel better in general.
Wii Fit has helped on those days I can't get outside to walk. Unless it is really nasty I still try to get out. I have been coming to work early so that I can walk the trail around our building first thing (starting at 5:45). I also try to walk at lunch time. On the weekends the doggers and I go for a long walk.
I also have been much more "mindful" in what I am eating. These changes were not easy, but are becoming routine. It is motivational to see the pounds come off and clothes fitting better. I just cleaned out dressers and closets of clothes that are too big. I have sold some (and made $62.00 so far) and will donate the rest to a woman's shelter.
