Congratulations on your weight loss. I am down 20lbs and hope to loose another 5-10 lbs. Even at that I won't be at my "idea body weight" (whatever that means), but...... As I have been loosing the weight I feel soooo much better. My hips don't ache as much and just feel better in general.

Wii Fit has helped on those days I can't get outside to walk. Unless it is really nasty I still try to get out. I have been coming to work early so that I can walk the trail around our building first thing (starting at 5:45). I also try to walk at lunch time. On the weekends the doggers and I go for a long walk.

I also have been much more "mindful" in what I am eating. These changes were not easy, but are becoming routine. It is motivational to see the pounds come off and clothes fitting better. I just cleaned out dressers and closets of clothes that are too big. I have sold some (and made $62.00 so far) and will donate the rest to a woman's shelter.

Keep at it - you can do it. Here is to a better you!!!

Hello,
My name is Barb. I have lost 10 pound so far and have 15 to go. I also have the post-menopausal losing blues. Having to step up the exercise game but with the weather we have been having it has made this challenge increasing more difficult.
Hope others can tell me what works for them and we can achieve a goal together.
