Hi. I'm a new member. The year that ended last August, I went from a high of 150 down to 129. Since then, my narcissistic mother has been dumped by my sibs 20 minutes from me and she's just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I'm back in grad school and have been working also as a TA and taking night classes in TESL. So, I'd be busy if she weren't around, stressing me out almost daily. Now, I'm back up to 140. So this weekend I decided to take my life back and to refigure my priorities. I need to stop stress eating and eating out. I need to stop living on cookies and ice cream. I want to start a yoga practice and to take a few hour long walks each week with my dog. My goal is to get my weight down to 118-120.
