Just remember: Calorie counting is king in the weight loss game!! My formula is present weight times 10 plus 30% of present weight times 10 equals maintenance calorie count for that weight. Minus 500 a day for seven days equals one pound lost. Best to eat between 1200 to 1550, and try to find out how many calories you burn playing tennis and factor in a calorie deficit that way. Also, never deny yourself; just try to find lower calorie alternatives for the craving.
By the way, I'm 57 years young!!
