I am new to the Spark People group but not new to trying to drop some lbs. I'm 56 yrs old and do workout with weights 2 days a week and try to do cardio the other days. I need to change my eating and drinking selections to say it nicely. I weighted in at 174.6 yesterday and on my way to be 150 !! Here I go....................
