I'm beginning again with more weight to lose this time. I'm definitely interested in receiving support and giving support in return. I'm going to be 55 years old in June. It used to be a 10 lb. weight loss with which I struggled, but now it's more like 25 lbs.! I fluctuate between being complacent and accepting of my circumstance and being motivated and energized to make changes.
I'm still raising teenagers - 2 teenage boys - which leaves me little time and energy for myself. I also work full-time. Finding time to make healthy meals, exercise, and get enough sleep is a challenge. I'm open to suggestions...
