Thank you all so very much. I will be getting to my foot with the dr. soon. Getting every thing else in line first. I stopped smoking 2 mo. Ago and I feel so much better. I had help from dr. My husband is so supportive and that helps a lot. I no with all you guys and him ill finally do it this time.

You're right~you CAN do this!!! Sounds like you need medical attention for your foot pain. A physical therapist is your absolute best bet for assessing your foot and suggesting your next steps. It's hard to exercise effectively without a trained professional to guide you; you could hurt more than help yourself. Find someone good! Your motivation will get you through this! I have a lifetime of experience with chronic pain, so I really do understand. I was also à physical therapist and have gone myself for treatment and it really is the best place to start, assuming that you have met with your doctor and been evaluated for whether your foot has healed properly. Keep us posted!

I was on the 17day diet. I was working but I was craving foods that I couldn't have. I got a magazine and found your website in it. I'm told myself I can do this. I started to look up food that I can eat and how much I can eat. Started this Friday. I doing good so far. I want to walk but I have a foot that was broke oct. of 2011. It just isn't the same any more. It does give out on me. I don't know what exercises to do. I have it in my head I can do this and stick with it after I reach my goal. I'm glad you ppl are here.
