Kath and I'm in New Zealand. I would suggest you drink a lot more water and try walking when you can so that you are releasing some of that stress. Use the food tracker on this site and it will really help you to see if you are eating too much. Record everything including those snacks.
I try to be vegetarian as i believe a plant based diet for me is healthier and i also i am also very compassionate towards animals, especially those who are bred solely for factory farming, although in saying that i occasionally will eat seafood. I managed to lose 33 kilos last year, going from 109 to 76. This was tough and was 3 goes at a variation of the HCG diet through a naturopath. Unfortunately, 12 kilos have crept back up and even though I have extremely healthy meals, my servings are too large and I tend to snack for comfort. I want Spark to work for me as I don't want to go back to HCG. I work in a busy stressful job, am married, and have 2 boys 18 and 15, plus a 33 year old step daughter . I am doing yoga 2 to 3 times a week, but having trouble to commit to more than that exercise, I am in a slump right now. I live in the Goulburn Valley, 2 hrs north of Melbourne.
