Welcome! We don't have that much to loose, but it still comes off a pound at a time! I know I needed to eat healthier and be more active, consistently, not just sometimes. Spark is keepig me focused on doing this for me and showing me how to do it. I learn something everyday and it is working. Now that I have settled in, it isn't that hard.
The choice is mine. I am in charge of me. Live healthy.
WOW -- I had to read this again to make sure it wasn't me who wrote it - lol. I am 52 and everything else sounds like me except for the teaching part (I am a manager in a program that provides day services for adults with developmental disabilities).
Hello To All: I hope you are all having a blessed day. I could lose between 14 to 19 lbs. and am 52 years of age. Just have a difficult time motivating myself to be consistent with food choices and exercise due to a busy day teaching, negative thinking and such. It really is not a lot to lose, but some reason, I still keep getting trapped with the yo-yo syndrome. I'm trying to imagine what it will be like when I reach that goal and keep myself motivated to reach it.
