Sugar is tough. I've found that if I stay away from it for about 3 days, I can have just a little something every day or so and not crave it so badly. Make sure you are getting the good for you foods, and water. I try not to use sugar as a food group!
Remember we don't have to be perfect. emoticon

The choice is mine. I am in charge of me. Live healthy.

Sugar isn't as difficult for me as chips. I have learned if I have them in the house I cannot leave them alone. I try not have them available.

I try to quit sugar too. I have cut down quite a bit...

You can do it. It is tough. I keep losing the same three pounds over and over. I do best when I remove the temptations and stick with me exercise. Beating myself up doesn't help, I have learned.

Believing I can change!

New to this. Looking for support to get rid of this sugar monster. I've tried so many times and failed. My family just rolls their eyes when i say i'm quitting sugar- i've tried so many times.help.
