It maybe just the change completely in your eating habits and drinking water etc. Take a warm fuzzy from this as it may well settle down in a week or so. If you are really overweight the first amounts will fall off a lot easier to start off with.
If how ever you find in a month that you are still losing this amount I would check out at the doctor to have a blood test etc.
Would anyone who may know the answer to question please enlighten me. Not a bad problem. I have been on The Spark program for a week now. I have lost 5 pounds instead of the one that was projected to lose. I had already done a cleansing program before I found the Spark program and lost 10 pounds. I am definitely not complaing. Just want to know if anyone knows why........... I am assuming that by eating the right foods in the right amounts that I have reved up y metabolism. I am taking it slow with excercise, because I have a back injury, from an auto accident in August of last year. So I have been leary of doing much. That is another thing that has me confused. I have only done one day of aerobics so far and I am still losing. I plan to start tomorrow doing 30 minutes of low impact aerobics. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Char
