got on the scale this morning and pleased to find out I've lost about 2 lbs......... emoticon now to keep it up, or down as the case may be.....
Went to a high school production of Phantom of the Opera last night and had to walk a few blocks after parking the car, but it felt good, even with the nasty wind blowing all that cold air.
