Welcome! You've done well for your first week. Keeping things simple and being consistent will ultimately make all the difference. Your goal for one lb a week is reasonable and you will more likely see success and not get as frustrated with the process as it does take time. Oh boy, do I understand the issue with exercise! I've am only now, after ten months, starting to use the online exercises. My preference is walking but I have noticed that though I have lost the weight I haven't been doing the strengthening that is also important and without it muscle tissue suffers. The exercises are well timed and worth it! Welcome aboard!

I'm at the end of my first week, and I can see that it takes a week or two to figure things out. I'm trying to keep things simple and I'm trying to be consistent, though I have gotten off track a few times. I did lose 2 lbs and am happy about that. My goal is one lb a week. My biggest issue is exercise. I seem to be all over the board with what to do each day. Can I just choose to walk, ride my bike, play golf and do strength exercises, or do I have to do the exercises that are sent via email each day? I'm happy to be a member of this group and I have gathered inspiration looking over the previous posts.
