For meals you make yourself list the items individually. If it is a meal you often make "make" a recipe a save it in your recipe part. It is a bit involved at first but if it is a meal you often have it will be much quicker

How do you put in meals that you eat, that are not listed? And I could use some help with meal plans. I am trying to find out the numbers for Chili? I eat lots of fruits, they have carbs, but are they okay to eat. I like grapefruit, oranges and apples.
