Of course carbs are OK to eat. Carbs are essential nutrients. The kinds of carbs you should avoid are those found in refined sugars and grains. Whole grains and fruits are good for you.

You can also use the recipe calculator
to figure out the values of something not listed if you know what is in it. Or you can find something that is listed the you think may fairly represent what you have eaten.

For meals you make yourself list the items individually. If it is a meal you often make "make" a recipe a save it in your recipe part. It is a bit involved at first but if it is a meal you often have it will be much quicker

How do you put in meals that you eat, that are not listed? And I could use some help with meal plans. I am trying to find out the numbers for Chili? I eat lots of fruits, they have carbs, but are they okay to eat. I like grapefruit, oranges and apples.
