Welcome, I found the easiest thing for me was to set Sparkpeople as my home page. That way, first thing while i'm having my coffee, I can map out my meals for the day. I also found it very helpful to start by doing 'small' things...like doing a few of the brief exercise videos. I am addicted to them now. I'm not the kind to workout for 60 minutes straight doing the same thing so I jump around from video to video and before you know it, you're done for the day. Hello, my name is Debbie. I am 51 years old. I joined Feb 8th. I am excited to see what I can do here. I am hoping to loose a total of about 30lbs. I have started my goals small just to get started. There is a lot on this site to see. I sometimes get confused where to go back to after I log out then come back later. Is there an easy way to keep? I have not had my first weigh in yet. I am hoping to have lost a little. I haven't had a chance to exercise like I have wanted to but I am changing that. I am going to make time. . I love to cook and think I am a pretty good one. Does anyone have the coookbook? I was thinking about ordering one. Is it worth it? I need help getting enough of my nuitreints a day. If anyone has any suggestions that could help me in any way I would be glad to hear from you
