I found the easiest thing for me was to set Sparkpeople as my home page. That way, first thing while i'm having my coffee, I can map out my meals for the day.
I also found it very helpful to start by doing 'small' things...like doing a few of the brief exercise videos. I am addicted to them now. I'm not the kind to workout for 60 minutes straight doing the same thing so I jump around from video to video and before you know it, you're done for the day.
