Welcome Diane, Pat, Debby, BeachGal63, Deb and Raylene. I have been with SP for two weeks and am finding that logging in my food and workout amounts has been working so far. What I found surprising was how my food cravings dissapated when I made myself login and read various articles, etc. Wish you all the best!
