I get bored or lonely at night and have a plan now. My plan is to go to sparkpeople instead of eating.

Welcome,

About 6 years ago I was where you are right now when I found Spark People. They were my lifeline as I was new in town and didn't know anyone except my landlord. My husband had had a massive stroke and was in the hospital. I couldn't pay the rent and sold all the huge furniture. Basically if I couldn't carry it I sold it. I love this team and have a lot of friends here plus a lot in my town now. I have come a long way.

I know how you feel. Evening time has always been hard for me too. Even after eating well all day, I would get a sweet or salty craving and just give in. But once I started to exercise, it really seemed to help curb the cravings and the hunger. Even if you just start out by walking. I started out by walking while saying my morning Rosary.
Maybe you could do some walking in the evening. If you do pray the rosary, there's a great site Comepraytherosary.org which can help you along and you can just walk while you do it. It only takes about 15 minutes and when you're finished, you won't feel hungry or emotional.

Today God gave me this beautiful blessing by bring me here with all of you. I am eger to learn and share with you. The hardest part of the day for me is in the evening. Once I sit down at the end of my day I want to eat until I go to bed. I no I'm bad right....I get emotional at night time or maybe its lonely not sure why. I look forward to hearing from anyone.
