I have been trying to drop about 15 pounds for at least 3 years; lost 9 in 2012; got hurt and could not work out for months; I am now back at the gym; love it; keeping track of how much weight I lift and trying not to run increase my workout above my ability!!!!

Just found out my cholesterol is high (for me) and so I am being more aware of my fat intake. I am not a fried food lady, eat very little icecream (I do love it); I eat goodies throughout the holidays and love dark chocolate (I do not overdue).

So, with this as a wake up call from the good Lord, I am working harder of keeping track of calories and fat intake. Any recommendations on what to eat and/or not eat on a low-fat diet would be great. I am all for corrective suggestions.

God Bless,

Leaner
