BTW, the Transitions is by Pure Essence & if you can't find it locally, it's available on The Vitamin Shoppe's website. I hope you see as great of results as I have. I believe it might have been just a couple of weeks & my symptoms were... GONE!
With regard to "menoupause help," I am taking a supplement "Transitions," that I purchase at the Vitamin Shoppe & it had eliminated just about every symptom... hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and so on. I feel GREAT!

Hi. I'm 54 and have embarked on a journey this year to take care of myself. Included as part of this goal, is a goal to get to 150 pounds by June 30th (19 pounds to lose). I am exercising 6 days a week (4 cardio and 2 strength training). I get up at 4:30 weekdays to fit this into my schedule because if I wait until evening, I wouldn't exercise. I am currently usiing the Elliptical for the cardio (up to 25 minutes). I use the SparkPeople exercises for strength training. I do track my food and exercise. I have also started to journal.
