Welcome! When I decided on a healthier lifestyle I got rid of processed foods and loaded up on lots fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables. Also whole grains, lean meats, nuts, and low fat diary.

I am new this this program. Will do a lot of reading on the site this week and start next week. Have to get my kitchen and pantry in order. Any helpful hints would be really helpful. Have been on Atkins and I love their bars, but after a year and not really loosing, I need to do something different.
