I'm new to SparkPeople and trying to work my way around. So bear with me - I may be asking a bunch of questions. I'm 14 pounds overweight but just had a hip replacement so I'm not able to exercise much. But I'm working on it. And I'm recuperating quickly and know I'll soon have no excuse not to exercise. I've always been a big walker and can't wait to get out there again on a regular basis.
