I've put some on in the last four months, but like you, what kept me from going completely off track was weighing myself daily. At least I wasn't ignoring what I was doing, like I used to.

Hi, I have lost thirty pounds since I started Sparkpeople 1 year ago. My motivation has waned and I need to find it,again. Losing thirty was hard in the begininning but eased up totally as time passed. The close enough stage is where I am. Emotional eating is a challenge. I do weigh myself every week no matter what. This has been a huge help in not going backwards. Youtube exercise programs are so good. Looking forward to the team and the challenges. Happy New Year !!!! 50+team
