I am feeling a little in "ah" of all of you. It seems you have all got started but I am still only thinking about and preparing for doing something.
Yesterday I bought a bike trainer and I am hoping to get started by putting it together this weekend. In the mean time, walking my dog and a bit of stretching will be my workout.
One problem I am having is that I have always been a runner and that has prevented weight gain and taken care of any extra pounds within a month if they happen. This time I have decided to listen to my knees which have been really sore once I entered my 50s - 4 years ago, and not run anymore. So now I find myself with a lot of weight to lose and no ready strategy to do it. Hmmm
Today is the day that I can make a difference!
