MY low last night was eating more Christmas cookies. My high for todays is my heartburn hasn't really started up today!

Great idea Macilinn! Wednesday's high was when I finished my 5 mile run in the cold! It was tough getting out the door - but worth it afterwards. The low was the regret for not eating healthier the previous three days.

Send your high and low for the day everyday!
Today my high was that I had friends over for lunch and a movie, and we all had fun, my food even tasted good!
My low was I woke up and ate up most the leftover christmas candy. Oh well, at least it's gone now! teehee.
