Hi Amy, I am almost sixty and when I started this in April I was a little skeptical that I could even lose weight. I wanted to lose the 17 pounds that would put me back at 150. I decided to really work on the portion control and tracking and just see what happens. While the weather held out I went walking most days and started to see things slowly working. At first I was pleased, then surprised and eventually amazed!
