Hello All,
This is my first action on SP. I never really had a weight problem until menopause! Now the dreaded middle pudge snuck up on me. I've been tracking my weight on an App and started back to exercise several months ago and just can't drop even a pound.
I hope this site helps me to lose the weight. I'd like to feel good in a bathing suit again! emoticon
