Hi Everyone! I'm just joining today and probably like many of you here I've done all the diets and swore that this time I'll get it. I have lost the same 10# over and over and now at 51 years old that 10 I need to lose has turned into 20. I am so upset with myself. I can't fit into any of my clothes and I refuse to buy a bigger size. I can lose the weight, I've proven that many times, but I just can't keep it off. As soon as I get to my goal I go right back to my old habits. I'm a willful, spoiled brat who wants what I want when I want it and don't want any rules. Well, that's not working for me so good so here I am. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all. Lisa
