Welcome!

Myself, I have no problem with holidays because I eat healthy all year long. Just because the goodies are there doesn't mean you have to eat them. I usually take an apple with me or I chew gum and watch others gorge themselves.

During December there will indeed be more challenging options but starting now will also give your a huge opportunity to sidestep most of it by acknowledging to family & friends that you have started your resolution early.
