First, don't look back. Look forward and today is day 1 of the new week. Start out with some changes; drink water instead of other drinks, increase your veggies and fruits, start exploring the sparkpeople site, especially start learning how to log your food. Take the time for you. Changes will yield results and there is so much information on this site to help you learn how to eat right. Good luck. Oh and most importantly, help and support is right here on this team for whenever you need it.

Hi all. I have not been successful in losing the 12 pounds I've gained in the last year. Am feeling down and discouraged. Any advice for me?

I am going to do it this time!
