Hi everyone I am back after clicking on the wrong button in my account.Not to good at reading the things before pressing the button. I was here off and on for a couple of years .But the last 4 weeks I have been trying to report in every day. I really want to loose weight this time so my colestral will drop. I have beenj exercising for 25-30 min. aday. I have been adding more fruits and vegetables too. I have not been eating as many sweets either. I really like sparks because I can track my food and exercise and weight. I also can find recipes that I like.
everyday we need to love ourselves and give ourselves a pat on the back to encourage ourselves.
