Have you set any goals??? Are they REAL goals that challenge you?
I have a feeling that when you get past the initial hurdle, you WILL feel better now. I know this for a fact because I started SP 2 weeks ago, and I'm already down 6 pounds! I am feeling so much better and I am eating better and moving better.
Come on, give it a try. Promise YOURSELF to do it for just ONE WEEK. Make a list of what you need to buy, then stick to it. I can guarantee that you will be SO proud of yourself!!!

Thought about trying to be healthier a couple of weeks ago, but haven't gotten off the base yet. I know what to do, just having some difficulty getting the motivation to do it, even though I have a holiday coming up and have reached the stage where I can't stand going shopping for clothes. People have said that it is harder to lose weight the older we get, that may be true, but I think it's more that we get set in our ways. When I go to the store and see something on sale, I will often break my resolve because it seems such a good deal! I know that food is wasted more on the hips than in the bin, I know that if I don't buy it, I won't be tempted to eat it, I know that I am not hungry, and yet I eat.
