Hi, I am a 62 year old woman. I have been trying to lose weight for 4 years now; but, my weight stays the same no matter how much I exercise and change diet plans. I'm thinking my metabolism is stuck. I am hoping that this forum will help me reach a 10 pound reduction goal by Dec. 25th.
