I started getting back in shape in August. Since that initial start when I hit 228 I have lost 21 lbs. my initial goal was to get to 199. So as you can see I am 8 lbs from my initial goal. I have been eating right (mostly) and have started exercising, took up tennis again after an 11 year hiatus, strength training, and walking at least 10,000 steps day. I am plateauing right now but realize I will get through this. I am feeling pretty good about this right now and have set a second goal 188 once I get to my initial goal.
