This is my first time here and I thought I would actually join a group for accountability. I lost 20 lbs 2 years ago and recently have started grazing again and gained 6-8 lbs back. I don't want to go backwards, it was hard work to lose the 20!
I signed up with a personall trainer and she wants me to track my food. I am fine during the day but at night - it's not so good!
I would like to work out at least 15 minutes at night while I'm watching T.V. in hopes this will help take my focus off the munchies.
