You should track your food that will help......try to exercise at least 10 minutes a day.

Welcome to the Team. I can only imagine what it was like to bounce up and down for so many years, as my incredible weight gain happened with menopause. But ultimately, we're on the same journey, looking towards the same destination.
Since you did WW, you've got a head start because you already know so much more about good nutrition. I guess the key is consistency. SparkPeople's program should be viewed as a "nutritional lifestyle change" instead of a "diet." It's not something you do for 3 weeks, or 3 months, or until you lose 25 lbs: it's something you do from now on.
I had a challenge when I joined last June, "eating down an unhealthy pantry." But now the Doritos are history, my eternal tubs of sour cream are now tubs of homemade Greek yogurt, and the ice cream's become frozen yogurt--which is pretty good, actually.
So, congratulations to you for starting over one last time! You can really make it last this time!

Hi, I'm Diane. I just turned 54 yesterday. The cake and ice cream is done and it's time to work at weight loss, hopefully this time for good! I've been a WW member off and on since i was 20. I've lost and regained the same 25 pounds I don't know how many times. 6 years ago, i was at my highest and then lost 50 pounds, only to regain it all back again. I know it's not productive to beat myself up about it, but it's hard not to. I often wonder what I would've been accomplishing it I hadn't spent the last 35 years focusing on my weight. I'm looking forward to getting and giving support here at SparkPeople.
