Overcoming fatigue is a huge task! It may help to break your goal down into small increments--increments you can handle, that don't push you too far too fast. For instance, if exercising for 20 minutes a day sounds overwhelming, begin by setting a goal of doing ONE exercise for 5 minutes. Or even, 1 set of 15 repetitions. And then, build from there.

I lived in the U.S for 20 years until 3 years ago, that's why I'm on your site and because Americans are a lot more positive thinking than us Brits!....hope I didnt offend anyone! I am 30lbs overweight, I have Type 1 diabetes and Fybromyalgia and feel as miserable as anyone can feel. I need help and support in my endeavor to lose 30lbs. I live alone and cannot motivate myself to get moving. I have fatigue badly somedays because of the fybromyalgia so it makes it very hard.
