A couple of years ago I joined a gym; lost a stone in weight, reduced my waist size and reduced my heart rate.... I then quit the gym for the summer to walk, cycle etc., (but didn't keep it up enough) and now I have put back on the weight and am back in the bigger trousers (sigh!). I eat healthy foods and still exercise, but I can't shift the weight (it must be the wine and portion sizes) so I have joined this site to record my calories etc to see where I am going wrong.
I've done it before and I can do it again .. it might just take a while!
