Take advantage of all of the good stuff on the site. It can be overwhelming but it is helpful and motovating stuff. Just set small goals along the way for yourself.

I've been off and on Spark now for about 2-3 years -- the last time I was on was at least a year ago and I can't believe the amount of information that is available here now!! I think it'll take a good chunk of time to look everything over but what I've seen so far is so informative. I have about 20 lbs to lose (boy it sure is hard to budge it after menopause) and have a good feeling that this time I will be successful.
