You keep getting back up. One of these days youre gonna realize you stopped falling and did it. Then you will have some other challenge. for now, try to focus on what you are doing for yourself instead of the actual prize. it will take awhile before you can see the physical results but in your mind YOU will know that you are doing something about it. Thats very powerful for me. Hope it helps! emoticon

Hi there, today is day 1 of starting over again. I want to stop this cycle that I've been on the last few years. The weight needs to come off and stay off. I had a scare at the beginning of the year with the BP being way high and ekg saying I could have had a heart attack, dropped 11 lbs waiting to get in to see Cardiologist and then after all the test results were in and I was told I didn't have a heart attack and it was just BP I started slacking off and have put that 11lbs back on.

Hopefully being back on here will give me back the Spark and keep me motivated. I need all the help I can get.
