I've done exactly what you said you've done - gained weight, lost weight, found it again...and more. Like you, I decided it was time to make a change. This site can will really help make this a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet. There is so much information available to help with eating properly, lots of recipes, and so many different exercises. But I think what I love most about SparkPeople is that people are willing to post questions, answers, issues they're dealing with, suggestions and support. Good luck on your journey!
