Hi Team; My name is Shelli. I am 43, weigh 219 lbs and am going to kick some butt in a weight loss challenge I joined at work. I am tired of being tired and hurting all the time so it is time to do something about it.
I am trying to figure out the Nutrition page with not a lot of success. I don’t want to be told exactly what to eat. I am sure I am just missing something because I found the recipe section. If there is a recipe I must be able to incorporate it into the plan right?
