Welcome to the team. The nutrition tracker will work for you with whatever kind of food you want. Play around with it. You can either use their suggested food or put in your own. There a some really, really good recipes on this site.

Hi Team;
My name is Shelli. I am 43, weigh 219 lbs and am going to kick some butt in a weight loss challenge I joined at work. I am tired of being tired and hurting all the time so it is time to do something about it.

I am trying to figure out the Nutrition page with not a lot of success. I donít want to be told exactly what to eat. I am sure I am just missing something because I found the recipe section. If there is a recipe I must be able to incorporate it into the plan right?

A little about meÖI have a MBA, a full time job, 5 kids, 2 dogs and love to make lots of money for charities.
