Hi. I turned 40 last year and was on a mission to be as fit as ever. I have since jumped off the wagon and am back to my yo-yoing ways. I know how to lose, I am just finding it hard to get going again. I'm hoping to find a way to be accountable on a daily basis. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
