I am sorry it's taken me a while to introduce myself. I am Mike and I am looking to lose 10 pounds. I also have some major health issues. I have lost 4lbs. in two weeks. I think losing the weight will not be as big a problem as keeping the weigh off. I am determined to change my mindset. I need to eat the way we all need to eat, healthy.! I am trying to replace the word "diet" with "eating healthy"This has to be a life long commitment for me. I feel that interacting with this team will only give me strength to achieve my goals. I hope I can provide support for others to feed their strength as well!
